This picture that we took on Elise's birthday is what REALLY got me motivated! Besides the obvious bad hair day and the fact that Hubby only knows how to take pictures at the worst angle possible... I REALLY need to do something about this.
So today was Day 1 of The Shred (again).
The 30 Day Shred is an evil but wonderful workout video by Jillian Michaels that is only 20 minutes and she promises you the world. I will give her my 20 minutes, lets see what I actually get in return.
I am also finally going to do some serious walking with Elise in the stroller again. I think we are finally going to be getting Spring weather and I need to get us outside more anyway... I might as well strap on my ankle weights and water belt (yeah, thats the technical term for some strange body best you wear that makes you sweat your hiney off while you workout... just don't smell that thing).
Now coming here will also help me be accountable for what I do!
All I know is I want to look good in sundresses when we go to Charlotte, NC in a few weeks and I have to don a swimsuit for Elise's swimming lessons soon.... damn I need a glass of wine just thinking about that!
Gosh that picture is BAD--- just for clarification (because I need it) I am not as big as I look in the picture. I am only 145 Gulp!
